PHILADELPHIA TICKETING ISSUE

Fans who tried to purchase tickets to the Philadelphia show at the Wachovia Center this morning had issues with their presale code. We apologize sincerely for any frustration this has caused. Comcast Tickets and the Wachovia Center are aware of the issue and are working diligently to get it resolved.

Below is a statement from the Wachovia Center:

Due to a technical issue involving New Era Tickets in the Philadelphia market, some members of the John Mayer Fan Club may have had difficulties accessing the pre-sale between 10 A.M. and 12 P.M. this morning.
 
These technical issues have now been resolved, and tickets are available to be purchased using the password provided.
