PRESALE TICKETING INFORMATION

If you pre-ordered Battle Studies through johnmayer.com, you should have received your code for the 2010 tour presale yesterday, November 11. Your unique code is good for 3 transactions with a 4 ticket maximum in each transaction. If you did not receive your code, see below steps. We are working very hard to make sure undelivered codes are resent prior to Saturday's presale.

2. Please give your name, order number and current, valid email address in your email

3. Someone will get back to you BEFORE the ticketing pre-sale starts


Presale tickets for most shows go on sale this Saturday, November 14 at 10am LOCAL time and will continue through Sunday, November 15 at 10pm. Date ranges and available links for all Presales are listed on the TOUR page. Please note that Canadian dates will go on Presale on November 24, while Detroit, Grand Rapids, Los Angeles and St. Paul's Presales will start on November 28. ON DAY OF PRESALE:


1. At 10AM LOCAL time, please visit johnmayer.com/tour and locate the show you want to attend

2. Next to JM.com Presale there is a link for each shows presale

3. This link will re-direct you to the page where you can use your unique code for that specific show. You will be able to redeem your code at 10am LOCAL time (for most shows) on the indicated JM.com Presale start date

4. Please make sure you remember that your code is case sensitive

5. Note that London, ONT; Portland, OR; Philadelphia, PA; must type MAYER: in front of their code (no spaces, include the colon). Ottawa, ONT must type Mayer (no spaces) in front of their code
