Continuum will be rereleased in a deluxe edition in the UK on October 15 in two formats:
CD/DVD Combo, available for pre-order at play.com. Combo includes Continuum album plus a bonus DVD that includes a 42-minute live performance from the Webster Hall show in New York City.
Digital Version, available in the iTunes UK Store. The album will include three bonus tracks from The Village Sessions EP as well as a digital booklet.
